We love providing rentals for events outside of LA! We personally truck our inventory across the United States and beyond. Please email our team at info@casadeperrin.com to inquire with your event details and a member of our team will reach out!

For greater Los Angeles our rental order minimum starts at $1,000. For all other areas, rental minimums are based on event venue location so please inquire by emailing our team at info@casadeperrin.com for more details.
DO YOU PROVIDE SAMPLES?

Absolutely! Sample orders may be will-called from either our DTLA or Brentwood locations free of charge. Please note, a rental order inquiry must be submitted prior to requesting samples.
For those outside of the Los Angeles area, we can ship the samples via UPS/FedEx 2nd day (some restrictions may apply). All we ask is that you cover the cost of shipping.
We also highly encourage you to visit one of our showrooms, so you have the opportunity to see everything in person, play around with the options, and consult with our lovely sales team!

We cannot guarantee the availability of items until an order has been finalized by paying a deposit. Due to fluctuating inventory and high demand, we recommend that you place your order at least 2 weeks prior to your event.

We understand that things can change last minute! We are always happy to help and will do our best to accommodate any changes that may occur. Changes that are made 3 business days prior to rentals leaving the warehouse may incur a rush order fee.

Our standard rental period for local events is up to three days. If you need inventory for a longer period of time or are renting outside of CA, an associated extended rental fee would apply. Please email us at info@casadeperrin.com for more info.

We do not allow rental orders to be will-called from our warehouse. Our team of friendly CdP reps actually deliver and pick up your rental order directly to and from the venue!
WHAT IS A SCULLERY REP & WHAT SERVICE DO THEY PROVIDE?
WHAT IS A SCULLERY REP & WHAT SERVICE DO THEY PROVIDE?
We have a dedicated team of CdP scullery reps who take care of the rental inventory from start to finish. Our team will deliver rentals directly to the venue and will return back to provide scullery. During scullery our CdP reps will receive used rentals back from catering/banquet staff who are clearing tables during the event, and our reps will clean off any big food items, slosh glassware, and repack all inventory per our process. At the conclusion of the event our scullery reps will search the venue for any missing rentals and then load out. This unique service allows for peace of mind as there is a committed team member in charge of and trained in cleaning, repacking, and searching for CdP rentals.

CAN I REUSE / REWASH RENTALS FOR MULTIPLE USE?

Rentals are for single use only and cannot be washed and reused. If you would like to include additional inventory to your order (i.e. an extra round of forks for dessert) or have a multiple day event, just let us know and we’d be happy to assist in figuring out your additional needs!

That won’t be necessary as we have a fabulous warehouse team who carefully wash all of our rentals according to specific washing protocols based on each individual item’s unique features (i.e. 24k gold details, delicate china, etc.) in order to keep the integrity and quality of our rentals. However, we do ask that you remove/wipe food from plates and liquid from glassware prior to repacking. If your order has a scullery rep included, then they’ll take care of that for you!
